We deliver straight from Good Uniform Atelier in Korea using Tracked EMS service. The orders will usually arrive within 5-8 business days.
Rural areas may require 2-3 additional business days for your orders to arrive.
All deliveries are sent via Tracked EMS. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email, or you can track it anytime through the Shop app.

Our team will review your request and determine what modifications can still be accommodated. We strive to assist you as much as possible to ensure your satisfaction.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Good Uniform items. If something is not quite right, eligible items may be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 calendar days of delivery (30 days for Team Orders), provided they meet the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original, resalable condition;
- have all labels and tags attached;
- be free from marks, stains, makeup, deodorant or other visible signs of wear;
- be free from lingering odours, including food, pets, smoke and fragrance; and
- include the original packaging.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made products, embroidered items, final sale items, or products marked as non-returnable in their product description, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
For change of mind, incorrect size or fit, or perceived colour differences, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, incorrect fit, or perceived colour differences.
Good Uniform Australia does not provide free return shipping or free exchange shipping in these cases.
To begin a return or exchange, you must submit the Returns & Exchanges form within 14 calendar days of receiving your order (30 days for Teams Orders).
For change of mind, incorrect size or fit, or perceived colour differences, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Eligible items may be exchanged for another item of the same value, subject to availability.

- once your request is approved, returned items must be posted within the timeframe provided by our team;
- the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused and returned with all original labels, tags and packaging;
- the item must not be custom-made, embroidered, final sale, or marked as non-returnable;
- the requested exchange item must be available; and
- the customer is responsible for return shipping and any shipping costs associated with sending the exchange item.
For exchanges of the same item in a different size, any price difference will not result in a refund or store credit. For example, if the item is now on sale or has returned to full price, the original purchase price will still apply for the exchange.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the returned item is worn, washed, damaged, marked, stained, odorous, missing tags, or otherwise not in resalable condition.

- you must submit your return or exchange request form (at the end of this page) within 14 calendar days of receiving your order;
- once your request is approved, returned items must be posted within the timeframe provided by our team;
- the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused and returned with all original labels, tags and packaging;
- the item must not be custom-made, embroidered, final sale, or marked as non-returnable; and
- the customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
If returned items are found to be worn, washed, dirty, stained, marked, odorous, damaged, missing tags, or otherwise not in resalable condition, we will not be able to process the return. In this case, the item may be returned to you at your cost or treated as forfeited if no return arrangement is made.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We take product quality seriously. If you believe your item has arrived faulty, damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing defect, please complete the form at the end of this page before returning the item.
You may be asked to provide photos and a brief description so our team can assess the issue and advise the next steps.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, incorrect, or affected by a manufacturing defect, Good Uniform Australia will happily provide a suitable remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, exchange or refund, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Where a return is required for an approved faulty or incorrect item, Good Uniform Australia will cover the cost of standard return shipping of our nominated service provider in Australia and New Zealand: Australia Post & NZ Post. For other regions, we will nominate other appropriate services.
Please do not return faulty or incorrect items before completing the form and receiving instructions from our team.
Custom-made products, embroidered items, final sale merchandise and products marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, incorrect fit, perceived colour differences, or customer error.
This does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Team Orders
Team Orders start from 15 pieces with the freedom to mix designs, colours and sizes across your team. The sets are not limited to existing sets catalogue, and can be a selection of any design form our products page.

Order 15 sets or more for your team and unlock better value as you go. Designs, colours and sizes can be mixed, so every team member gets the right fit.

- Team Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the products, provided all items are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or returned without original packaging cannot be accepted.
- Embroidered items are final sale, unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- For faulty items or incorrect embroidery, please contact us for assistance.
For all logos and embroidery, a dedicated team member will work with you to finalise the right design, placement, size, colour, and font.
