Good Uniform began with a simple idea: medical uniforms should be better.

Today, Good Uniform is one of Korea’s most trusted medical scrubs brands, worn across major hospitals, dental clinics, veterinary practices, salons and spas.

Unlike many brands that buy from mass-production factories and resell under a label, we make our own. Every stage of production is overseen by master tailors with more than 30 years of experience.

Our husband-and-wife founders, Rosa and Alex, built Good Uniform Australia from both professional experience and personal gratitude.

Rosa, a Melbourne RN with more than ten years of surgical and medical experience, understands the profession from the floor: stretch, sweat, pockets, washing, movement, comfort, and all the small things that matter when you are on your feet all day. Alex, an architect and educator at Melbourne School of Design, brings a design sensibility shaped by finesse, proportion, and technical clarity.

But the heart of the brand begins with their family’s story. Rosa and Alex’s son was born with a rare heart condition. Through that experience, they came to know the medical profession not only through Rosa’s work, but as parents: waiting, trusting, hoping, and being held by the care of others.

Good Uniform Australia grows from that gratitude. It is their way of saying thank you to the people who show up when families need them most. That is why they bring Korea’s best scrubs to Australia with the highest standards they can achieve and the lowest margins they can sustain.
