Accessories, embroidered items, customised items, personalised items, final sale items or special order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, unless faulty, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise required by law.
Section 11 — Team Orders, Embroidery and Custom Orders
Team Orders, bulk orders, embroidered items and customised orders may be subject to additional terms, minimum quantities, production timelines, approval requirements and return conditions.
Discounts for Team Orders may apply only to the same design, with the ability to mix colours and sizes across the order, where specified.
Embroidery, logo placement and other customisation details must be checked carefully before approval. Once embroidery or customisation has commenced, the order may not be cancelled, changed, returned or exchanged for change of mind.
If you receive a faulty item, incorrect item or incorrect embroidery, please contact us as soon as possible so our team can assist you.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
