Shopping with Good Uniform for the first time? No worries!
If the fit is not quite right, you may exchange an eligible item for another size from the same style.
This offer is currently available for Australian orders only and applies once to your first order.
There is no exchange or replacement delivery fee. Send the product back to us at any Australia Post using standard delivery method. Once item is checked, we will refund your retune fee and re-deliver your preferred size for free.
How to request your free size exchange
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a size exchange.
- Using Standard Post at any Australia Post, send the item back to: Good Uniform, PO Box 120, Balwyn VIC, 3103, Australia
- Once received, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our exchange conditions.
- Once approved, our team will contact you to confirm your preferred replacement size and dispatch it at no additional delivery cost.
- Refund for the return fee will be made to your initial transaction option.
- Refund should appear in your statement within 5-8 business days.
To qualify, items must be unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags intact.
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability and must be for the same style. If there are no available stocks, you may be asked to choose a different colour or a different style of the equal value product.
