Free First Size Exchange
Your first fit should feel right.
Subscribers can request one Free First Size Exchange on their first Australian order. If you need a different size, submit your request within 14 calendar days of delivery.
You may exchange eligible items for another size in the same style. A different colour may be selected, subject to availability. If your required size is unavailable, our team may offer an alternative style of equal value for you to approve.
How it works
- Complete our Returns & Exchanges form or email us info@gooduniform.com.au within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the items you wish to exchange and your preferred replacement sizes.
- Wait for our team to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Once approved, send your items using Australia Post standard delivery to:

Australia - Keep your postage receipt and send us a copy so we can reimburse the return postage.
- Once we receive and inspect your items, we will confirm your replacement selection, reimburse eligible standard return postage and dispatch your replacement items at no additional delivery charge.
You pay the return postage initially. We reimburse it after your returned items have been inspected and approved. Reimbursement is made to your original payment method; please allow 5–8 business days after processing for it to appear.
Conditions
Items must be unwashed and in their original, resalable condition, with all original tags and labels. They must be free from marks, stains, odours and signs of wear.
The offer applies once to your first Australian order and covers a size exchange, not a return for a refund. Embroidered, custom-made, final sale and items marked as non-returnable are excluded.
Subsequent exchanges follow our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Nothing in this offer limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
