Shopping with Good Uniform for the first time? If the fit is not quite right, you may exchange an eligible item for another size from the same style and colour.
This offer is currently available for Australian orders only and applies once to your first order.
There is no exchange or replacement delivery fee; however, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item to us. Once item is checked, we will re-deliver your preferred size for free.
How to request your free size exchange
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a size exchange.
- Send the item back to us t location to: Good Uniform, PO Box 120, Balwyn VIC, 3103, Australia
- Once received, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our exchange conditions.
- Once approved, our team will contact you to confirm your preferred replacement size and dispatch it at no additional delivery cost.
To qualify, items must be unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags intact.
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability and must be for the same style. You may choose a different colour, provided it is available in your preferred size.
